Shipping Information

With our logistics partner DHL / Deutsche Post AG, we deliver to all EU member states and EU territories that are members of the European customs union or states that are in a customs and monetary union with a member of the European Union. We are happy to supply our customers from the Swiss border area and the Principality of Liechtenstein via a post office in the border area (billing and delivery address Germany). In the case of export of the delivery and utilization of the VAT refund / export certificate to Switzerland as well as to the Principality of Liechtenstein or upon commissioning of processing by a third party company, we charge a one-time processing fee per shipment of 25.- EUR.

You will receive your delivery within 2-3 working days after placing your order. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

If the delivery deviates slightly from your order due to our stock, we will inform you about the order and arrange changes with you.

Any damage to the goods upon delivery - especially for food items - is immediately objectionable and to be documented. Only immediately controlled and objected goods can be claimed. The goods must be demonstrably incomplete or damaged. A corresponding confirmation must be given by the courier. Claims for damages of the purchaser are limited in each case to the value of the defective goods. Please keep the appropriate product safely so that we can perform an analysis. We assume that the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were acquired. Please return the package as soon as possible to us.

If we have made a mistake or if you have any other reason for complaints, please notify us immediately in this case (within 3 working days). We'll fix things in your favor.

For subsequent delivery, we have the right to make the delivery of successor lots. Small quality deviations are then allowed.

Please understand that we will only pay the costs of registered returns in the event of a legitimate claim. For shipments you returned to us without our order, we assume neither costs nor liability. If no additional delivery is possible for reasons of stock, we will refund the amount paid for the delivery.

If your order includes goods the sale of which is subject to age restrictions, we ensure that the orderer has attained the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure that incorporates personal identity and age verification. The deliverer will deliver the goods only after successful aging and only to the customer personally.

The minimum order quantity per individual order must be taken from the item of packaging in the article. The packaging of the goods takes place according to the size of your order.
